Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have within 7 days upon receiving your item to return and you will receive a full refund.

Please send an email to dburnocollection@gmail.com including your full name, order number, order date, and item(s) name in an email and we will get back to you within 48-72 hours with further instructions on returns.

Please note, D. Burno Collection will not be responsible for any items should they be lost, stolen, or broken during transit.

If an item is broken upon receiving, please immediately file a complaint with The United States Postal Service here https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
